Ecological accommodation in the heart of the avenue of the volcanos
The Cotopaxi Campground is made up of cosy, small, rustic styled cabins but best of all these cabins are sustainable and ecological so better suited to their impressive surroundings, given that they’re designed and made beautifully of wood and straw that are biodegradable. We have traditional indigenous houses, as we rescued and remodelled the old Andean huts of our ancestors and inhabitants of the moors of the Ecuadorian mountain range. Today these buildings are near in extinction.
The cabins are situated in the heart of the ‘Avenue of the Volcanos’, in the peaceful and traditional town of ‘San Juan de Pastocalle’. This is in the Cotopaxi province, only 1.5 hours south of the capital city, Quito.
The Cotopaxi Campground is surrounded by stunning volcanos and spectacular mountain views. It is a perfect place for nature lovers, hikers and all people who want to undertake new adventures. Here is a place where you can take advantage of your days, exploring this nature paradise and tackling trekking, cycling, horse riding adventure trips and much more.
